The Security Title Management Team

John W. Schaefer is the C.E.O. of Security Title Insurance Agency, LLC. John is a native of St. Louis and received his undergraduate degree from University of Dayton and his Masters' degree in business administration from Emory University, graduating first in his class at both schools. He then graduated third in his class from St. Louis University School of Law. John's impressive career began at Citicorp where he served as a Financial/Systems Analyst. From there he went on to work as an associate for Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. taking on various assignments in general business law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions. One of those assignments was the deal structuring for the acquisition of McBride & Son Enterprises, Inc. by its Employee Stock Ownership Plan and employees. His work for McBride & Son had just begun, as he became the Director of Corporate Development, Secretary and General Counsel for McBride & Son Enterprises, Inc. John currently serves on the Board of Governors for Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital Foundation and on the Board of Directors for St. Joseph's Institute for the Deaf. John is married to Natalie and they reside in St. Louis with their two sons, Dan and Tom.

Dava Stark serves as the Vice President of Escrow Operations for Security Title. Her more than twenty years experience in business and operations management includes the title insurance and mortgage lending industries. In addition, she and her family run a fencing company in the Moscow Mills area. As a small business owner, Dava understands the need for quality customer service. Recognized for her outstanding skill in the title insurance field, she has also served as a consultant for other title companies in both Missouri and Illinois. Dava and her husband Russ live in O'Fallon, Missouri with their two children Lance and Shelby.

Wendy R. Cromer is the Vice President of Marketing for Security Title Insurance Agency, LLC. Wendy is a native of St. Louis and graduated summa cum laude from Lindenwood University. Her career in the title insurance industry began in 1983, and since that time she has held various positions in the field including escrow manager, production manager, Escrow Operations Manager, and Senior Vice President of Administration. Wendy received the Young Professional Title Person of the Year Award in 1996 by the Missouri Land Title Association and the Affiliate of the Year Award from the St. Louis Association of Realtors for 2002. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis Association of Realtors. She has also served as President of the Real Estate League of Greater St. Louis and was recently appointed to serve as the chairperson for the Realtor Housing Assistance Fund. Wendy is married to Robert "Bob" Cromer and they reside in University City, Missouri with their two sons Jacob and Andrew.

The Security Title Marketing Team

Kay L. Nuernberger is a Marketing Director for Security Title Insurance Agency, LLC. Her region includes Franklin county, West St. Louis county, Pacific, Eureka and Gasconade county. Her real estate experience includes working as a legal secretary for an area law firm, acting as a Deputy Recorder for the Recorder of Deeds office in Franklin County and as an Account Representative for an area title insurance company. Kay is extremely active in the community and belongs to four area Chambers of Commerce, the International Lion's Club of Missouri, the Franklin County Board of Realtors and serves on the Advisory Board of First Bank of Washington. Kay and her husband Chuck live in Union with their two children.

Anna Marie Parrish serves as a Marketing Director for the South St. Louis county and Jefferson county regions. Anna has been in the real estate and title insurance industry since 1982 working as a real estate agent and a sales representative for both direct underwriters and title insurance agencies in the metropolitan area. Anna belongs to the Crestwood, Fenton, High Ridge and Webster Groves Chambers of Commerce and she is currently active in Women's Council of Realtors, Southside RESA, NAMPW and Mortgage Bankers Association. Anna and her husband Bill are the proud parents of three children and grandparents to four.
